Lineologie

Terms of sale

These terms apply to every clipart pack you buy from Lineologie. Please read them before you order: by placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Lineologie is the trading name of Oliver Hobbs, of 151 Reigate Avenue, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 3JR, United Kingdom. You can reach us at pipandquill@gmail.com.

What you buy

Each pack is a set of digital files: transparent PNG and JPG images, delivered together in one ZIP file that you download straight after payment. When you buy a pack you buy a licence to use the files in it, not the images themselves. The licence is set out on our commercial license page and forms part of these terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT due. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Payment is by card and is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. Your order is complete, and a contract between us is made, when your payment has gone through.

Delivery

Your pack is delivered as a download. As soon as your payment has gone through, a download link appears on the confirmation page and we email it to you. The link isn't single-use: you can come back to it and download the files again, for example on another device.

If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us with the email address you used at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

A pack is digital content, so the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from your order to cancel it, but that right ends as soon as the download starts. By buying a pack you ask us to deliver it straight away, and you acknowledge that once the download starts you lose the right to cancel.

In short: no refunds once downloaded, unless a file is faulty or not as described.

If you haven't downloaded a pack, you can still cancel within 14 days of your order by emailing us, and we'll refund you in full within 14 days of your request.

If a file is faulty, corrupted or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 whether or not you have downloaded it. Email us and we'll repair or replace the file; if we can't, you can have a price reduction or a full refund. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

What you may not do

The files are for your own use under the licence. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves in any way, including as digital products or as part of another pack, bundle or template, or pass them to someone else to use. If you do, your licence ends.

Our liability

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking them, but not for loss that isn't foreseeable.

We don't exclude or limit our liability where the law doesn't allow it. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for your rights in relation to digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email us at pipandquill@gmail.com. Tell us the email address you ordered with and the name of the pack, and we'll do our best to put it right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute can be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
